Because what Christian Nationalists are doing to the separation of church and state is one thing we DESPERATELY must reframe.

• Abortion bans are a violation of separation of church and state.

• Restrictions on contraceptives are a violation of the separation of church and state.

• Outlawing same-sex marriage is a violation of the separation of church and state.

• Other restrictions on LGBTQIA+ people are a violation of the separation of church and state.

• Transgender bans violate the separation of church and state.

• Book bans violate the separation of church and state.

• Defining pornography as “anything somebody like Mike Lee thinks it is” violates the separation of church and state.

Whew. Got a little worked up there. I’ll save the rest of it for tomorrow’s newsletter. :)
